Download Gunna - turned your back

Artist: Gunna
Album: a Gift & a Curse Album (Track 13)
Released: 2023
Duration: 4:03

Gunna’s latest project, a Gift & a Curse, closes with a standout track that lingers long after the final beat fades. The 13th and final track, “turned your back,” cuts through the album’s varied energy with a raw, unfiltered delivery that defines Gunna’s signature style. Without a credited producer, the track’s gritty production keeps the focus squarely on the lyrics, where vulnerability and resilience collide.

The song’s title sets the tone, offering a snapshot of a moment where trust is broken and pride takes over. Gunna’s flow remains effortless, weaving personal reflection into a narrative that feels both intimate and universal. The stripped-down production ensures every word carries weight, making “turned your back” a fitting closer to an album that balances triumph and introspection.

Released in 2023, a Gift & a Curse showcases Gunna’s ability to balance raw emotion with unapologetic confidence. While “turned your back” may not have the flashiest production, its honesty and authenticity make it a standout moment in the project. Fans of Gunna’s unfiltered storytelling will recognize the mark of his signature voice in every line.
